Responsibilities: • • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential buyers and sellers through proactive prospecting. • Utilize technology and CRM tools to manage client interactions and track progress efficiently. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client acquisition and retention. • Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. • Conduct market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and trends. • Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, always prioritizing the client's best interests and goals. Qualifications: • • Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. • Comfortable using technology, including CRM tools, to manage client interactions. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform client decisions. • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and goals. Compensation: $105,000 - $198,000 yearly

Compensation:
$105,000-$198,000 per year
