Kohler is seeking a Mold Setter to support our manufacturing operations in Wisconsin. In this role, you will set up, change over, and remove molds on injection and compression molding equipment, following detailed work instructions and safety procedures. You’ll verify mold alignment, perform basic machine adjustments, and complete test runs to ensure part quality. The Mold Setter will troubleshoot common molding issues, collaborate with maintenance and engineering, and document setups. You’ll help drive 5S, lean, and continuous improvement while supporting Kohler’s commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and sustainability.
