This company is one of the largest pharmaceutical distribution organizations in the country, moving medicine and healthcare supplies from manufacturers to hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics nationwide. This role sits within a program supporting infrastructure and security modernization work behind the scenes of that operation, including identity and access management, domain migration, and broader security upgrades that keep the supply chain running safely.

• SAFe Framework Facilitation, including Program Increment planning, iteration execution, and Agile Release Train ceremonies
• Identity and Access Management Lifecycle Knowledge, spanning Active Directory, LDAP, and related security tooling
• Risk and Dependency Management Across Technical Workstreams

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives for a team delivering infrastructure and security work
• Support Program Increment planning and execution within a SAFe Agile Release Train
• Coordinate technical teams working on identity and access management, Active Directory and domain migrations, and service account governance
• Track risks, dependencies, and milestones, and escalate blockers before they threaten delivery
• Review technical diagrams and solution designs alongside engineering stakeholders to validate scope and feasibility
• Coach the team on Agile and Lean principles, and support continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops
• Provide clear, structured status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Support infrastructure and security best practices across the IAM lifecycle and domain migration work
• Remove impediments to team progress and shield the team from unnecessary disruption
• Collaborate across EU and US stakeholders on a global program

What We Need From You

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator on infrastructure, security, or IAM related programs
• Working knowledge of SAFe and experience operating within an Agile Release Train
• Technical fluency, comfortable discussing Active Directory, LDAP, IAM lifecycle, and infrastructure or security components with engineering teams
• Strong facilitation and cross team coordination skills
• Clear communicator able to translate technical progress for leadership audiences

Preferred / Bonus

• Certified SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master credential
• Certified ScrumMaster or Professional Scrum Master certification
• Prior experience specifically on identity and access management or Active Directory domain migration programs
• Experience supporting global teams across EU and US time zones
